The Program - By purchasing One-on-One Mentoring, Organization Rules® will provide the participant with advice and suggestions based on topics and questions posed by the participant to the best of their ability. Organization Rules® does not guarantee the participant's success in their business, nor assume responsibly related to the participant's ability or inability to obtain value from this program.
Agreement - After making the purchase, an email will be sent to the participant containing contact information and the content of this agreement. The participant must acknowledge acceptance of this agreement by either (1) responding to that email stating that they agree; or (2) printing out the agreement, signing it, and faxing it to Organization Rules®. No scheduling of hours will take place until this agreement is received.
Scheduling - After making the purchase and accepting the agreement, an email will be sent to the participant to set up the phone consultation time agreeable by both parties for a time which works best for both. A reasonable effort will be made to accommodate the participant's request for specific dates and times, but this is not guaranteed. The participant will call Organization Rules® at the agreed upon scheduled time at participant's cost. Each scheduled session will last one hour.
Cancellation - if the participant needs to cancel the session, he or she is required to send a 24 hour notice via email and/or voicemail. If three or more cancellations occur consecutively, the session will be lost and no refund given. The participant is expected to call Organization Rules® at the scheduled appointment time. If Organization Rules® does not receive a call from the participant by 20 minutes after the scheduled time, the session will be cancelled and no refund given.
If Organization Rules® must cancel an appointment, Organization Rules® will contact the participant either by e-mail or phone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. The participant is expected to provide a phone number that has an answering machine or answering service, or they are expected to read their emails in a timely manner.
Refunds - there are no refunds associated with this program.
